Meagan Wrhen Joins the Community Action, Inc. Team

Meagan Wrhen serves as the new Community Impact Director at Community Action, Inc., supporting individuals and families across Clarion and Jefferson counties. A lifelong resident of Clarion, Meagan brings both deep community roots and a genuine commitment to service into her role.

Meagan also serves as the Clarion and Jefferson County Coordinator for Keystone Family Alliance, where she works closely with foster, adoptive, and biological families to provide support and resources. Her professional background also includes roles as HR Director at Taylor Diversion Programs and, most recently, as a Supervisor at ASRC Federal, where she strengthened her leadership and organizational skills. She is also an active member of the Jefferson County Permanency Round Table and the Clarion County CYS Advisory Board, continuing her advocacy for children and families in the region.

She has been married to her husband, BJ, for 26 years. They have four children: three sons and a daughter. Meagan and BJ have dedicated much of their lives to social services, including more than 14 years as foster parents. This hands-on experience has given Meagan a meaningful perspective on the needs of children and families navigating challenging circumstances.

Guided by both personal experience and professional growth, Meagan approaches her work with empathy, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose. Her understanding of the challenges facing local families, paired with her dedication to thoughtful leadership, allows her to connect meaningfully with those she serves. In her role at Community Action, Inc., Meagan looks forward to walking alongside individuals, families, and partners, helping open doors to opportunity and ensuring that individuals facing hardship have access to the resources and advocacy they deserve.

Meagan can be reached at mwrhen@jccap.org or (814)938-3302, ext. 104.
