Proposals for Medical Transportation

Community Action, Inc. is accepting proposals to provide transportation services through the Medical Assistance Transportation Program for eligible Jefferson County residents. Contact Kimberly Hutchins at (814)938-3302, ext. 231 for proposal specifications. Sealed proposals must be clearly identified "Transportation Services Proposal" and received no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 2, 2022. Proposals will be publicly opened at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Community Action, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Small, minority-owned and/or women-owned (small or large) businesses are encouraged to respond.
