Residential Weatherization, HVAC, and Appliance Bids

Community Action, Inc. is accepting bids to install weatherization energy conservation (blown insulation, caulk, foam), refrigerators/freezers, and provide hot water heater, heating, and cooling system repair/replacements in residential dwellings. Sealed bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Bid instructions may be obtained by contacting Aimee C. Knerr at (814) 938-3302, ext. 205 or by email at [email protected]. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. A bid award meeting will be held Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Community Action, Inc. strongly encourages participation by Minority and Women Business Enterprises. Community Action, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
