Community Action, Inc. can help! Call today to complete a short 15 minute telephone assessment and schedule an appointment to complete an application for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. SNAP helps eligible low-income households buy nutritious foods at grocery stores and supermarkets. To be eligible your income and other resources must be under certain limits and you will need to provide proof of income and expenses.
