FREE Budgeting Seminar

Community Action, Inc. is offering a FREE Financial Literacy Seminar, "Budgeting", sponsored by the Clarion Free Library. This seminar is designed to help participants better understand the basics of creating and managing a budget, and also offer transportation, clothing and utilities smoney saving tips.
The seminar will be held on Monday, February 22, 2010 at the Clarion Free Library (644 Main Street) Clarion, PA from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. A FREE dinner will be provided from 5:30 – 6:00 pm and FREE childcare is also available. Pre-registration is required by Monday, February 16, 2010.
