Robert A. Cardamone, Executive Director of Community Action, Inc., announced the start-up of the Comprehensive Employment Supportive Services Project (CESSP). This colloboration with the Clarion and Jefferson County CareerLinks is intended to help recently unemployed individuals overcome personal and employment barriers. This initiative has been made possible through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
This service is FREE to eligible Clarion and Jefferson County residents.
