Coaches Needed for Coaching Boys Into Men Initiative

Community Action, Inc. announces a new Coaching Boys Into Men initiative for Clearfield and Jefferson counties. This initiative recognizes the influential role athletic coaches play in the lives of young men and focuses on creating opportunities to positively influence how young men think and behave on and off the field. The free Coaching Boys Into Men curriculum and educational materials reinforce the quality characteristics coaches are currently developing in their athletes: discipline, cooperation, integrity, personal responsibility, and respectful behavior. Coaching Boys Into Men is open to coaches from community athletic groups, churches, YMCA, and schools. Interested coaches should contact Community Action, Inc.’s Marsha Learish at 814-768-7200 or [email protected]
